CANCELLATION/ADVANCE PAYMENT

Bookings are considered as confirmed with the submission of credit card details (purely as a booking guarantee, with payment made on arrival in cash) or payment of a deposit, of 25% of the total amount of the stay, by bank transfer to our current account.
You may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations later than 30 days before arrival will be charged the full amount.

CLEANING AND SANITISATION

With each changeover of guests, as well as the usual detailed cleaning, we also sanitise.

Final cleaning charge EUR 65.00 per apartment.

Bed and bath linen set included in the price.

Pets not allowed - All apartments are non-smoking.

Tourist tax: € 1,50 per night per person for the first 10 nights only, excluding children under 14 years of age.
